Oaaaaaawwww this is the biggest event i ever seen! And biggest prize! But yeaahhh the 15,000 viewers required to qualify for the prize make it worth! It's hard.
What if there is noone participants can not reach 15,000 viewers or even 7,000 viewers? Would you still give the prize to the highest viewers?

I believe 15k views is easy as you have few weeks to promote your videos.
As far as I know, winners is determined by the overall views of the participant video. I'm not sure though. :-[
