Title: Block 210000 found
Post by: laughingbear on November 28, 2012, 05:24:55 PM
I am new to the forums or I would have posted in the other thread.

I am very new to mining, and have been at it less than a week.  This was the first block I have ever found.  I decided to become involved in Bitcoins, because I feel that it could be the answer to all the evils of government controlled currency.  This isn't a "get rich quick scheme" for me. I believe that what we are doing can change the world.  I am incredibly honored to be a part of Crypto-Currency history.

Thanks to Slush's pool for letting me join, if any new miners are out there looking for a great pool  https://mining.bitcoin.cz/

In case this post somehow goes down in history, I just want to say....   FUCK The Federal Reserve System.

Donations gladly accepted at :

Slick! Hope Slushie gave ya a little bonus for finding the first halving block.  :-) I've been mining on Slush for like..3 months, and I don't think I've found a block yet.

I've whitelisted you. Give it some minutes for permissions to update and you can go post on the other thread.

BTW, welcome and congrats :-)

laughingbear, glad to meet you! I didn't expect that the pool will find this block (the chance was around 1:10), so I also didn't think about any special bonus for the finder.

Anyway, check your pool profile, small donation is going your way ;-).

Way to random. I'm afraid the rest of your life will have to be a big disappointment now. Its all down hill from here.

In light of that depressing news, donation coming your way.

well I sent 0.5 BTC on 1.147X, and the winning I would toss to you.
Ironically I lost threw 3.4 and won 4.4 BTC!
So overall I am up 0.5 BTC!

So you get 10% of my winnings!
which is 0.05 BTC!

Your gambling problem is offtopic in this thread, go away

Btw I just did a donation of 0.05 BTC generously, and all I get is go away?
Or basically gtfo? This thread is basically about luck right? He got lucky and drew 21,000 block.
I got lucky today as well. A bet of 0.01 winning 2.56 BTC.

In the grand scheme of things, $25 dollars isn't really a gambling problem.
I have seen people blew $1000 a month for 10 years.
And some I heard blew $6000 one night in a casino.

So let me get it right you basically said *GOT A GAMBLING PROBLEM GTFO MAN*
And flagging immediately, what on Earth is wrong with you?

I consider it a little luck, and I had my fun.
That was my fun night, we all have a little fun,
some go to movies for the night, some
play poker, etc.

But you on the other hand say GTFO immediately with no consideration.

What is not on topic here?
Flagging down generous people is your thing?

Your a senior member, and I am a hero member, with close to 200% your post amount,
so flagging someone up with more time in the community, will just get yourself ignored,
like some I seen here with a big bright orange ignore buttons.

I alone run PPC faucet, contribute and help out others here. And I even
donated 10 BTC alone to the fourm.

Thanks for telling me to basically GTFO, without thought.

Surely
Lightlord
