You don't have to pay anything to anyone! Don't go criminal. You can find a dice game at freebitco.in, that may be gambling... Bitcoin is real money at this point. Bitcoin is risky because its value fluctuates a lot, plus it's still an experiment. :) You can buy all the legal things with bitcoin. Plus I seriously doubt hat you can even make some cents from faucets... it is a pure waste of time. So you might as well buy some bitcoin and hold it!
