Title: Electrum display latest version Post by: OmegaStarScream on December 11, 2015, 08:19:01 AM On the website It says last version is Electrum-2.5.4 , on the Github Changelog it says 2.6 which is pretty normal I suppose because it just not available for public yet .
But can anyone please tell me how Electrum retrieve and get data to know the latest version ? because I'm using right now 2.4.4 and it says on the bottom of the window "New version available 2.5.1" (while there is others) which makes me wonder if I don't have a fake version of electrum or something ... this feature has been removed from recent versions, that's why the returned value is not up to date.
