First i thought i will give reward to the 3 toppers but now i am thinking to add it as a 1% at the site. So One lucky claimer get it

Click the link you will know the underlying reasons. You only have 0.1% chance to get 1500 satoshi in  60 mins! The most time you only get 100 satoshi. OP just lures more ppl.
