You were told the service didn't accept currency exchanges, so you lied to them about what you were doing.

You can't go buy illegal drugs and then complain to the police when the deal goes wrong (although some do try!).

I'm not monitoring currency exchanges.  Complaining about a scammer when you yourself were scamming just attracted my attention.  :)

I've a verified Neteller Bronze account, yesterday i request a call from Vip support for Delete the transaction, i received a call from +35 929039200 (Neteller VIP support). But payement on Neteller is irreversible because it was made from my IP (i ever log from them). So no other people could use my account (And this is true, my accoun't wasn't haked: i send money by myself) . I send first because i was a Junior member with a dicrete activity. Then he reply to my message fo a lot time, with a lot of message.

So now coud you remove your negative trust ?

He means because you sent a message saying you were buying something that you weren't.
So, you were buying BTC but you tricked neteller into believing that you were buying some service or something

There are a lot of exhanger that accept Neteller. So Vod should give them a Trust as done with me? Mexxer-2 Make some example. I didn't know that neteller shouldn't be use for buy cryptocurrency!

For Vod: And this is a LEGENDARY MEMBER that use Neteller. Why you let  a trust only to me?

You would have to ask hedgy73 - he is the one that left you negative trust.

I cannot remove the trust left by other people.

Master-p was trusted member too .he scammed the hell out of people .you cant trust anybody
