Title: BitInstant - resolved Post by: JBurke99 on November 30, 2012, 11:22:01 PM I sent close to 2k to bitinstant for btc-e. They ran out of funds so all of my orders were execution failed. I contacted support yesterday multiple times, was told a business day. Its now been 24hrs, everyone else that I asked was receiving their orders fine. This is just unacceptable. The support barely responds, and now I have to wait because of their mistakes? Who can I contact to speed things up.
