Title: Litecoin Network Hashrate over the past 3 months ( People are leaving Bitcoin! ) Post by: someguy123 on December 01, 2012, 05:45:04 PM Many of us at the litecoin community have been concerned about the huge increase in network hashrate, with a rising difficulty retarget... but how big is this hashrate boost?

The network hashrate for litecoin has nearly doubled in just a few days after the block halving on Bitcoin! If anyone is wondering where this graph came from, I made the graph myself using excel, with data from a script to extract information from the Litecoin block explorer http://explorer.litecoin.net (which I run) Title: Re: Litecoin Network Hashrate over the past 3 months ( People are leaving Bitcoin! ) Post by: Ascholten on December 01, 2012, 06:34:37 PM Unless I have something misconfigured though. I can get maybe a litecoin a day on my vid card, I have two cards but can't get the miner to see them right. Even then the work mining litecoins gets me maybe one a day, with 150 to 1 give or take for bit coins, even with crappy rates way better off mining btc for what little bang is left for your buck.
