we all know, scammers was run if they have got a lot of money, are we ever or never scammed? ;D ;D, this site is getting good mission rather than  scamming people, but here,,,, i have some characteristics of a scam website (SW) and business purpose website (BPW), SW is usually good at the beginning, BUT blank on the next day ;D ;D ;D, for business websites (BPW), not too good enough in the beginning, but in the next day, he will increase or developing their project if they have enough money, etc
