I need to know if mining ASIC developers like Bitmain/knc would sell ASIC chips(specially interested in BM1385) and provide application notes to use it on our own circuits/products. Maybe contact sidehack and ask him directly where/when/how he bought them.

But Bitmain will not sell him any for the time being, but he has had batches of the BM1384 chip which he used in the USB compacs (I think).
