A= When the client is not satisfied and seems that the place where stablished the company has a failure 1.3. ¿Where is the problem? A= In the company which is requesting for help. Everywhere in the world. (We will work online) 1.4. ¿How we will solve it? A=Innovating for good. As we said before without vaporwares 1.5. ¿How bigger is the size of the market? A= As we will work on line, we will recruit freelancers who will solve IN SITU your problems related by Agriculture, Transportation, Electronics and Architecture. 1.6. ¿What potential has the market? A= As big as we want 2. LEGAL ENVIROMENT 2.1. ¿How many act will be ruled the consultancy? A= Local and foreign acts, International agreements, etc 3. SERVICES 3.1 ¿ How many services will we porvide? A= All services of I+D, Human Resources, Design for well, Learning & Coaching, etc 3.2 ¿Any Success factor? A= If we do it well, we will succeed. All we care is the client and if the client is done and well. We are too 4. PROCESS OF THE SERVICE 4.1. ¿How many phases will have the Service? A= Just tree at the subsequence phases: a). A= All freelancers required, Who wants to be proactive and have the skill to work in situ and under pressure 4.3. ¿Any quality control and porcess? A= All required 5. MARKET 5.1. Where will be the market? A= Online and in situ around the world 5.2. ¿What is the weankness? A= If all change for bad, we will find the solution 5.3. ¿What is the menaces? I'm also building a website in spanish... http://www.mgfsconsult.co (The site is not complete at all, some details missing) In starting 2016 i will try to register the company and i will buy a office to work in it. However, the office is not relevant if i will work online and at home... It's my entire foult. At least i've made a own WP based website (https://www.mgfsconsult.co) (not blogger cheap-shit, and also it's in spanish). I'm gonna translated what changes i've made on: - User Registration Disabled: Registration for what? Did i have money to pay freelancing consultants and potential clients? No. Just me fighting with a vaporshit idea with zero balance AND, no good SEO... - Store or Consultant?: Another ugly done idea. Firstly because i could not handle very well the banggood dropshipment program. As result, i have a negative balance on my PayPal account after a dispute with a client and my reputation in more deeper and bold red. By now, i will find by myself a local clients. Then, i will see if is doing right to add clients - New orientation: No more vaporware and project extravaganza. So ambitious for making. Now SME enterprises will be my area, with tangible solutions. - Me. Just me. No more about the others: By mentioning imaginary others, i just building a facade of bullshit to make higher my business. Seriously, nobody trusted that. It will be based now on honestly. I don't know if an ICO would be a good idea, i hope not having it in mind by a short therm... |
