There is one user, in particular, that heavily abused the system causing the payouts to be lowered for all users. Now it's at about 7 cents because of this. It's sad that there was one guy that ruined it for everyone, but c'est la vie. We're going to launch a new referral campaign for those that did not abuse the system as well as open up a new opportunity for members who want to take part in a more traditional affiliate-style program. You can quote my answer on that thread if you like. So this is the Answer I got from the Officials.
