Title: Re: Serious Moderator Post by: Villiams on December 17, 2015, 09:53:36 PM I've had passive experience. That means I absorbed knowledge from mods- asking them everything ( how stuff works), watched them how they communicate with others, how they helping chatters. I learned a bit of things but that is not enough, so I wanted to expand knowledge by doing it. I had no chance to become one of them because of lack of time. Now I can spend mentioned time and truly commit to it.
Title: Re: Serious Moderator Post by: Joel_Jantsen on December 17, 2015, 10:01:38 PM Stop wasting your time here. No one is going to make a newbie mod for any kind of activities. If you're hinting at becoming the forum mod, dream on. It will take around 5+ years from today if your account survives with great support to the community. That being said, lock the thread to avoid incoming massive shots of sarcastic comments.

Most moderators make 0 and work on tips only
Title: Re: Serious Moderator Post by: Lavos on December 18, 2015, 02:24:33 AM Moderators are picked among active users in the community.
And unless you are BadBear, I doubt you'll get 0.2 BTC/week for modding Title: Re: Serious Moderator Post by: TastyChillySauce00 on December 18, 2015, 02:57:31 AM you need to atleast improve your rank here or make people trust you before becoming a moderator, how can newbie who just joined this forum not more than 1 week ago suddenly became a moderator, and being paid 0.2Bitcoin is quite impossible tho

I think even if you have great experience as a mod and would do a great job, all the mod positions here are taken. Why do you want to be one here anyway? You know this isn't a gambling site, right?Title: Re: Serious Moderator Post by: yahoo62278 on December 18, 2015, 03:28:19 AM Stop wasting your time here. Unless you are a professional moderator.
Bitvest is looking for moderators, iirc. Take a look at this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1260578.0).
