You really don't need to ask the question twice.  Once is enough.

How do i move my old wallet or address to my new MultiBit wallet?   ???

I'm not a MultiBit user, but I suspect that the "help" information on their web page might have some useful suggestions.  Try one of these to start:

Why can't you just create a new wallet?

This is probably the better solution.  Unless you have a particular reason that you want/need to maintain the addresses from the old wallet, just create a new multibit wallet and send your bitcoins from the old wallet to an address in the new multibit wallet.

Export the private keys from your current wallet software and import them into MultiBit.

Or just start a new wallet in MultiBit with one or more addresses, and send all your coins from your old wallet to the new address(es).
