We take outside reputation with a grain of salt, unless in special cases. Why do you need the 0.05BTC if you seem to be running a good business with already 6 different trading partners, selling bitcoin for over double its price?

I get gift cards weekly and trade a few of those for bitcoin then resale a few if I have excess. I was just seeking a btc loan until I get my Christmas round of gift cards next week.

I hope you can come up with a more detailed loan request, much better if you can use the template of lenders here just like this

Now that it's clear, you will not get any loan here if you will not offer any type of collateral
Collateral's can be Alt coins or a BCT account that is higher that what you are using now since you are asking for 0.05BTC loan.

I just started using btc so I have no other account. I know nothing about alt coins. I do have some jewelry and loose gemstones but unless the person is local I don't see that working.

Unfortunately that's how it goes when it comes to lending here, either you have a very high reputation that a lender will trust you with 0.05BTC loan without a collateral or offer a collateral. Physical items can be used as collateral but it will cost you because you need to ship that item first to the lender or escrow so bottom line, that's not a good option. If you really need money, start asking your friends or a relative to help you out.

Perhaps try to sell your gift cards for bitcoins in the digital goods section.  You won't get a loan here without a collateral.
