I want to buy 0.01BTC or 11000 XEM to fund my nem client. If the user is trustworthy i can pay up front and then transfer the BTC or XEM. I'd prefer paypal since i'm in Greece and have capital control. Exchange rate 0.01BTC~4.23€.. Correct me if i am wrong. I would gladly pay up to 5€. Thanks in advance.
