If you have not a lot of traffic you could use too some free webhosting like 00webhosting, hostinger or similar

yes but as soon as your faucet hits a rotator you will be getting alot of traffic, which will shut down the site, also some of those sites force ads on your site and 000webhost got hacked a few weeks ago, better safe than sorry

I will suggest never to use free hosting for faucet. Faucet will get lots of traffic from rotators and if some faucet rotator check and find your site down which is quite common in free hosting  than they will delete it from rotator.

the most important thing about kind of project is your bandwidth you need to address this issue
once your faucet become popular there will be a surge of traffic

yes, i trust this person, he has a selling thread here and he gives people an opportunity to try things out before they purchase, he  is also trusted on other forums
