why would someone trade their neutral account for one with multiple negative ratings?

why would someone do trade it jr.member with a highly negative raing member account
it's not even a potential Sr.member it the account just reached a member rank

And it's not only that, the person who would to trade their account could later on be possibly linked to neg. repped account,
resulting in possible neg. rep. as well.

OP you should just either accept your negative reputation that you were given, or leave the account altogeather since it's worth literally nothing.

Why would anyone want to trade their "clean" account with your "dirty" account? Create a new account instead.

After exchanging, the one who takes my account will publicly confess that he has exchanged it and so this account will become neutral (because he is not a scammer and all the trusts given so far will become invalid.) and he can start with a signature campaign. For me also, I'll get his account and start a signature campaign afresh. It'll be a win-win situation for both of us.

I'll not let anyone know to whom I exchanged my account with. ;) Only he'll confess with this account since all the scam accusations will become invalid for him. And all members will withdraw back their feedbacks.

The reasons why you got negative trust is not something to be proud of it. People who treat other people bad don't deserve any help. People who try to scam other people deserve a permanent ban and nothing less than that.

The negative feedback in your account will not be removed even though it is owned by a new owner. Another negative feedback will be given to your account as soon as your account is under possession of new owner.
Once they find out your new account, you expect to see a lot of negative feedback in your new account.

There is no way for you to escape. :)

If I ever got out of the game I would sell you my account and then flag the hell out of it and ask everyone I ever got positive feedback from to change it for negative feedback, and at the end I would laugh while drinking a beer
