You can access all Google services with it, use it just like a google account - BUT you can also collaborate with others in the same apps domain.
The Google Apps account I'm selling has 50 user slots. 1 is reserved for the domain nihao.cn as you can't change it, which means you get 49 users at whatever domains you want. This is $2450/year value. If you're interested, offer me an amount.
