Now I need to spend my BitCoin I don't feel safe unless I mix it, can anybody recommend an honest mixing system please?

Bitmixer.io is on service since long time and as they say they can do large transaction also. I haven't seen or remember other mixers in this forum till now. You can search for some reviews about bitmixer and you are good to go.

Or, if you are cheap, then just deposit, wait a few days and then withdraw from any number of places:  bitfinex.com, any other exchange, etc.

Deposit your bitcoins to poloniex and buy monero, create another poloniex account and send you monero to polo account sell your monero and spend you bitcoins. :P

The fundamental flaw on mixing services is that they are all centralized, meaning that you have to trust them, this is backwards when it comes to the main point of BTC which is a trustless, so the next step is integrated Coinjoin in all wallets, guaranteeing easy and decentralized mixing by default.

As above said by some members, you can easily mix your BTC just by depositing on any exchange (not only the poloniex) or any gambling website and withdrew it. You're done mixing your coins  ::) Because AFAIK, all exchanges and gambling sites were using the shared wallets. So, the probability of tracking is less.

Nothing like a well attended forum. Thank you all for your suggestions, I will have to take time to digest all the ideas, but I do like the one where I deposit coins, I could use a VPN so my IP won't link me to anything, I don't mind because I'm only playing with small amounts right now but in the future might look to DashCoin as its got mixing built in I read.

I was mixing my bitcoin by similar method using poloniex
But it does not required to wait that long, only deposit and withdraw after the deposit transaction confirmed
