you won't find these sold at any legit (or 'shady' for that matter) retailer for anything more than 10% off the face value however, you'd be welcome to my steam wallet funds, I have a few thousand $ and it takes forever to move it off via game gifts & re-selling on g2a. It has ~$500 in TF2 items, LVL 30, 2 years old, and I have deep roots in multiple commmunities. I have brokered for many people, and i'm finally getting over steam. I'd love to sell my account before the winter sale starts hooking me in again, so PM me ASAP.
