Constant 60 FPS on all source games with maximum settings without motion blur. It can run a constant 30 FPS on CS:GO on maximum settings with motion blur. It runs at a lower clock speed to save power when you aren't doing any GPU intensive tasks (idling, etc.) I will ship to anywhere as long as you cover the shipping costs.
