I will be using the accounts to test signatures so banned accounts dont present a problem

probably because of the post above that he already bought a full member account, you just need to read sometimes before posting

I don't think buying banned accounts would be a good idea considering that people might accuse you of ban evasion.

it will still fall on admin's decision and before that, ofcourse the admins will check the IP where and when the accounts got banned

Certainly i read it well and understood it but he had bought full member with -ve trust and not a banned full member account.
We dont have to assume, we should allow the owner of the thread to respond.
