If you can guarantee a refund in case they will not approve new PayPal I might think about buying it. Thanks!

It's not my fault if you can't change the paypal account, and remember that with same PP you can link up to three email. So it's normal you can change it. And. I think maybe you can try to take some precaution. As far I know you can add new email. About IP, this is an account old so far 3 years :D I think it's quite impossible use the same IP :D every login If you are interested I can give this account. Thank you!
