Is it a US verified paypal, Does it still have the 21 day hold, when was the account created?

It has no limit us verified yes,when created in November. 2015. :) Thanks for reply.

The most important qestion for me isn't the limit, it's about the 21 days hold, does the account still hold funds for 21 days?
