This whatsapp service can be downloaded free. Its called whatsapp plus isnt it?
Or this have another function difference from plus?. But the function you mention above all have in whatsapp plus..

First off all, you can see the profile pics of your added members anyway unless you're blocked.So does your method include checking profile pics of the persons blocked by you/them ? I'd pay you $200 if you can help me see the chat messages of the people in your list .Sounds impossible but since you're doing it. :-X

The title says user tracking ? Not sure how exactly but the description doesn't mention it.As stated above if you could really track users and their chats anonymously then this service was a must try.However the profile pics is not a big deal,you can always change the sim and see the details.

I will setup a server for user to get this done.
And you can also track when a user gets online the will be logs of that user for this displayed in a better GUI. :D

This service does not allow you to see chats.
And if user has made status and profile pic set to contacts or no buddy then also you can see the status and profile pic.
You will have all the statistics of the user online/offline/status/profile pic.

How you mean can track user online? Can track the user location too?

User location cannot be tracked.

How many users can we track per subscription? is it legit to track someone details like that?can whatsapp block,delete or take legal action against me if they find me using your service?

You track unlimited number of users.
Its not possible for whatsapp to track you because this procedure uses whatsapp protocol to track a user.
