It is as easy as just sending an email from the email that registered that account and you can have that account charged back. You can try accepting an escrow that will hold the funds for a time span that you will guarantee that the accounts will work. And the escrow will release the funds to you when the accounts still worked after that timespan (1-2 months) - so no selling, but renting out your accounts.
