Since my PAYPAL account is on red now :P I need another one. If somebody with Libery Reserve could buy me a VCC http://www.virtual-cc.com/en and give me the data I would be gratefull. Its much better to buy a prepaid card in a mall, those have a better chance of not being blacklisted. Look, my first PP account was validated an year ago with those credit cards and I had no issues. if you can recommend me another web page that includes Prepaid cards to validate PAYPAL... because Im not from the US. |
