He didn't mention USA and NATO in this part of speech, so these "(USA)" and "(NATO)" remarks should be either removed or treated as translator's opinion.

You are correct here, he referred to the demographic issues.

However, I'd say that he was speaking more about spiritual side rather than a physiological reproduction... That extremist version of political correctness prevents society from any attempts to correct the ongoing shift of western european culture in a direction of radical islamist tendencies. Though it's just my opinion.

The low birth rates might be tough to reverse, given the general change in society.
Political correctness can be wiped out quickly. All it takes is one event for the far right to obtain political relevance.

That's not so easy, since all significant political powers are infected by this cancer. Even in Russia, sometimes there is no possibility to criticize adepts of LGBT cult without risk of getting lawsuit.

It's like ISIS, can't be defeated on some limited territory, only quick and global extermination can help. Otherwise it will mutate into disguised form and then will come back.

Putin is a crappy leader with no understanding of how economies work and instead tries to suppress freedom of speech thinking that silencing dissent will save his country. He is also anti Bitcoin. It's funny but also pitiful really...

Money they can't afford to spend because their economy is shrinking rapidly. And even despite this, their population is expected to fall roughly 5% in the next 15 years or so. All while the economy continues its death throes.

First you claimed that the Russian population is dying. Now when the evidence has presented to prove that your argument was false, you are claiming something else. The Russian economy has stabilized. There has been no jump in the unemployment rates, and the rapid growth in some of the sectors (agriculture and mining) have neutralized the slowdown affecting the other sectors.

It's a normal behaviour for BBC victim. They're simply jumping over awkward issues, using false claims as islands of stability of their illusion world.

It is not about Russia's birthrate or any other western country birthrate. Don't argue about that. It is about being right or not - and Putin is clearly speaking the truth here, in blunt way, whether we like it or not.

yes, he is definitely right.. western civilization is getting older on the other hand; eastern civilization is getting younger.. so the second one will toll the death knell for the antecedant..

Western Europe as a whole is ageing rapidly. But one of the reasons for that is the increase in human longevity. Western European males are having a life span of more than 80 years, on average. On the other hand, the life span for Eastern European males are around 66-67 years. It is slowly increasing as of now, but I don't think that the two will converge at any point of time in this century.
