Let's say a newbie signed up and wanted to buy some BTC he might fall for a scam just because the person he was dealing with hadn't been tagged as a scammer yet and made off with his cash. All of these accounts were given negative trust by an administration account called "OldScammerTag" that is on DefaultTrust. These accounts (as well as a few others) also have "hidden scammer tags" which prevent them from deleting posts, editing old posts, and deleting posts in self moderated threads they created.
