I like this one the best:

http://www.bitcoinrates.in/bitcointalk/getactivity.php

He asks for a very small onetime fee (around 50 dollarcents if i remember correctly), but it's well worth it...

I use this one and I like it because make a good overall analysis and a credible evaluation of account...
You can also calculate by yourself... every 14 days at least one post and you got potential activity.

I also suggest this one as it is free and also quite enough to calculate potential activity but don't believe on price calculation.

I did pay him the needed amount but then my key was never activated even after 40 confirmations.
Therefore i can recommend this one:

What are you talking you in queue i think they take around 2 second for every 20 post to count so if you check account with 200 post it should display result within 10 seconds. Are you talking this delay as queue ?

bctalkaccountpricer doesn't always work me. Sometimes there's a long queue and when I check back it gives me an error. I haven't been able to use it since Wednesday. Sometimes I get that I have to wait until my previous request has finished. Then I try an hour later and get the same thing all over again.

bctalkaccountpricer has been getting some sweet updates, so I like it the best. It now shows the posting periods, as well as any unquoted btc addresses that the user may have posted. Very nice tool, maybe not up to date on prices but I don't even know, I do like the activity checker tho! :)
