Site is fully in arabic language and i even can't translate it. But without any ssl shows they don't have any legal company in background. I suggest not to try them with large amount of coins.

Iranian exchange? That would be dangerous to deal with, especially if you are an American citizen.
The site doesn't seem to be opening at my end though.

It's a Iranian site explaining how the Bitcoin system works, it's not an exchange itself and it had been around for some time already. In case some non Iranian users here would like to try Iranian exchanges that are online, non can do so, since most Iranian exchanges have implemented IP restrictions and even if someone tries to use Iranian proxies, they could get detected and not just that, you have to present bank ID's and real identity card to online Iranian exchanges so they would know your real and not under 18 years old so to break it for you guys, only Iranians could use Iranian exchanges (almost all of them are like this).

That is just another explanatory site for Bitcoin in Persian language.

If you really want to know more about Bitcoin in details, then I suggest you to visit here (https://bitcoin.org/fa/) (Persian version) or here (https://bitcoin.org/en/) (English version) rather than the aforementioned site.
