You send first or monbux as escrow
Payment must be sent as a friend

sorry for the loss but maybe you should stop accepting paypal for btc trasactions it attracts too many scammers

Waiting 3 days wont help you avoid charge backs. The chargeback window is 180 days so I would suggest holding for at least that long before sending BTC.
