Title: Livecoin.net holds withdrawals for 48 hours?
Post by: bitcoinrocks on January 06, 2016, 02:52:32 PM
This morning I signed up on Livecoin.net, deposited BTC, and enabled 2-factor authentication and was then presented with a message that said a change in security settings causes a 48-hour hold on withdrawals.  I was not warned about this whatsoever before I deposited BTC or enabled 2-factor.  There is no reason going from a disabled 2-factor to an enabled 2-factor should cause a security hold.  Is there anything I can do?

EDIT: They made an exception for me.  Much appreciated.

Hello.
For all future readers of this topic I'd like to mention that we have warning about hold at the security section: After any successful changes in data and settings of the security section, all opened sessions in your account are automatically terminated. This means that after the changes, you need to relogin. Funds withdrawal will be unavailable for 48 hours.

Base on your post history, you aren't even adding value to the discussions and now you're bumping old threads like this one. And as mention by Livecoin, you should check the message above that pertains to the future users including you since it was written 2 years ago.

I had also encounter this problem. In fact, 2FA was self-deactivated.
That is why I reactivated it, but at the end I was facing the situation you were facing.
