Title: Assistance with Bytecoin Transaction Post by: knightkon on January 07, 2016, 03:56:59 AM I am in need of some assistance. I transferred 2689 Bytecoin from Minergate to my exchange account and it never made it. The transaction stated in Minergate that it was sent, but it is not showing received. I tried to do some research about this and have gotten nowhere. I am not sure how to search for this. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Like DaveyJones said, coins like BCN require, next to the wallet address, addionally a payment ID. Exchange https://i.imgur.com/iNP1E8p.png Minergate https://i.imgur.com/ua5FRDO.png I just took some BCN out of Minergate to HitBTC, deposit arrived a few minutes later. What exchange did you try to send the coins to? If you forgot to enter a payment ID, contact exchange's support. Quote " if you forget to do that then your bytecoins will be sent to the common exchange wallet, and you will have to contact the support and individually solve your problems." Good luck! |
