Title: [CoinURL SCAM] Ad "pending review" for more than two weeks
Post by: noname9728 on January 07, 2016, 08:46:36 PM
I create an interstitial ad two weeks ago and so far it has not been activated. His status remains as "pending review".

Just over a week also sent a ticket in support system and so far I did not get any answer.

The FAQ (https://coinurl.com/faq.php) says that the review does not take more than a day:

"How long does it take for an ad to be approved?
All ads are manually reviewed to assign an appropriate rating, which is used to filter content link publishers and website owners do not want. This procedure usually takes a few hours, but not more than one day."

Fortunately I just made a small deposit to test the service, otherwise I could have lost more money.

*Sorry for my bad english.

Unfortunately. that has happened to me with them as well.   Their support is awful.   I just gave up after a while.

Yesterday, a little before creating this topic, I made one last attempt to contact using this contact form https://coinurl.com/contact.php. "Mysteriously", a few hours after the ad's status has changed. Now the status is displayed as "Paused".

By clicking the gear appears the option "Resume", but it not work.

So far, I have not received any response through the support system or by email.

The response time is awful, and are you sure that you weren't involved in clicking your own ads multiple times with the same pc and same IP?

You even read the topic title?

My ad has not even been approved (or disapproved), how could I click it or something?
They just took my deposit and not activated the ad.

I tried to login into my account to see if there was any response to my support ticket and found that my account has been "Banned":

Extremely convenient I be banned shortly after creating this topic. There are only two possibilities:

1. They created a google alert to be notified when someone creates a topic or a post denouncing the dirty work they are doing and identified my account through the support ticket that appears in one of the screenshots.

2. After receiving my message by contact form they decided to banish my account to try to hinder the disclosure the case.

So far, I have not received any email answering my previous contact.

The person or persons responsible for CoinURL are definitely scammers. The biggest problem is the fact that there are thousands of websites, blogs etc with positive reviews about CoinURL, so even though I ended up wanting to test the service.

I would ask that anyone who has gone through similar situation to publish here some information (how much was stolen, when etc.) to get a sense of how much they've stolen and to warn others.

I have the same situation like yours. My website is ranked 50k in alexa and they got me banned when I withdrew over 0.01 btc. The reason for banned is due to fraudulent activity.

What's wrong with them? I am not a cheater. All I can say this company is a cheater.
