Since when solo mining this coin each block goes to it's own address. So if someone solo mined the first 600 blocks that were 1000 coins each all you would see in the rich list would be 600 address with 1000 coins even though they all are in the same wallet belonging to the same person. So these rich lists are not correct when tons of blocks have been solo mined. You can see all of those 1000 coin blocks that were solo mined in the rich list. Rick list user 6 through 100 are all solo mined blocks that are in one persons wallet. Most likely Placebo wallet since he was the one posting the in troll boxes as this 'new coin' and I'm sure he was mining before letting people know about it or he is the dev. Since when solo mining each block goes to it's own address. So if someone solo mined the first 600 blocks that were 1000 coins each all you would see in the rich list would be 600 address with 1000 coins even though they all are in the same wallet belonging to the same person. So these rich lists are not correct when tons of blocks have been solo mined. You can see all of those 1000 coin blocks that were solo mined in the rich list. Rick list user 6 through 100 are all solo mined blocks that are in one persons wallet. Most likely Placebo wallet since he was the one posting the in troll boxes as this 'new coin' and I'm sure he was mining before letting people know about it or he is the dev. Unless I'm missing something, there is probably only a handful of people mining it and probably less trading it. I have a I5 something or other (2GHz?) quad core and using this argon2 miner on linux, will all cores running it seems to have no problem with averaging 10,000-12,000 hashes per second. Right now I'm seeing the network average as 250kH/s or 250,000 hashes per second. Considering some are faster than me and some slower and I'm average, that means right now there are only about 25 people mining this thing. Yesterday it did peak around 650kH/s for the network but really, 60-100 people worldwide? I don't see how it's going to survive past a couple weeks. Thanks for your concern. Will MMXVI survive in the next weeks? Why not? Even when you only have 25 miners, it doesn't mean that the coin will have problems to survive in the coming weeks. I was on slack with Bittrex, i have inform them why i believe they should add MMXVI and i'm waiting to see if they will add MMXVI or not. Listing on Bittrex is a minor step in the whole process. I'm currently trying to setup a mining pool myself and if that is done then i'm considering to setup a multi pool if nobody did it already and took the bounty for that multipool. Indeed buying is much much cheaper for sure. But if you are one of the only people mining it then you still have around 30k per day.... and then it will move up nicely without any cost. Our team will be extended by a few extra people that are in crypto industry for many years. A buyback program is being launched (using my own BTCs - remember no premine/ no ICO) to reduce the number of coins that are available for trading. Goal is to reduce it to 1,500,000 MMXVI as original planned. Also another reduction in block reward will be taken place. The current 5 MMXVI will be reduced to 1 MMXVI. 50% of the coins that will be bought back will be destroyed.
