The purpose of creating this thread is to make the loan public so to prevent any kind of dispute that may arise in the future, not that I am anticipating one happening.

Received and correct. Much easier to keep everything open and public to see we have both agreed to terms. There are plenty of people on this forum who know my identity and can attest I am not Quickseller, nor do I live anywhere near him.
