Nopes there isn't AFAIK,Even if there will how can you verify it as provably fair,i mean the site can make sure that people get very low reward when scraching the card (most of the time) so it won't be completely fair and would be more like a lottery. :P

Not exactly scratch card but LuckyBtcCasino has a game where you are suppose to scratch stuff to win.More specifically this is what the game is about :
Quote
Scratch the ticket and look for 3 or more identical symbols to win the matching amount! Only highest value appearing at least 3 times pays!

Here's the link : https://www.luckybtccasino.com/choose_type.php?game=907 [Non Referral]

Best of Luck

Actually, there's nothing about it that would make it hard(er) to be provably fair.  You could even make the tickets transferrable, without impacting provably fairness (the person who scratches the ticket would provide the client seed)

Yes, there are lot of gambling houses provide the scratch card type of gambling to test our luck. Just google, you will be surprised.
I do remember some faucets also used scratch card type of random provider to choose the winning amount of satoshis.

Yup, pretty much this. Im actually pretty surprised we haven't seen big sites adding scratch card games (there are some im sure but still). As you mentioned it can be bought and transferred. You could even introduce people into bitcoin/crypto gambling with the tickets. Like promotional free tickets etc, it looks more appealing than a standard faucet.

I found a Bitcoin scratch ticket (https://bitcoin-scratchticket.com/) gambling website 2 years ago(2014), but I'm not sure if they are still active though.
But I don't recommend you to deposit your coins into the website because it seems like the website/game is dead. :-\

It would be cool to see a website that focussed exclusively on scratch cards, indeed making it provably fair wouldn't be too hard to do.
I think a concept like this could become pretty popular if done right.

I think there is no casino or gambling site like that, but if you want to try, there are some faucet that provides a game like that, of course with a small reward ;D
or maybe you can make it by your self.. lol

I have not seen any scratch card type gambling. I did see a faucet I thought it was good and wanted to have more than one scratch every 700 mins or so. Great idea tho for someone if it is not already there. I'm sure many would give it a go.

i think these kind of games are not popular in bitcoin gambling games because you will feel that you got scammed in plaing it so playing dice games will make it better

Are you talking about the Scratch 4 Satoshis (http://scratch4satoshis.com/) faucet? I got paid many times by them, but the last time I use this faucet was months ago.

I can't remember what it was called it was only the other month or so I was on it. Payout wasn't great, faucets never really are. But it us a great basis for somebody to improve and implement onto a gambling site

As far as I know, there isn't. It would be a good idea, though. Hey, you know what? I'm gonna try code something like that. I don't really know how it will be provably fair, but i'll try. It's basically like slots, right?

Actually there is, but most of them already inactive or dead. I'd like to see what your scratch card game will look like.
Scratch card game is more like lottery, IMO.
