Got an event coming up and want to have some shirts made with a custom design. Since I'm working on a budget, I'm thinking this will just be one color (white on dark colored shirt or black on light colored shirt).

The event is a LAN party at the beach, so I want the shirt to feature those two things. Possibly a nice beach setting with a bunch of guys ignoring it all and staring into their computer monitors. Also, anything associated with these 2 themes would be acceptable to the scene. Giant messes of cables, empty soda cans, seagulls, crabs, whatever, I leave the creative part up to you. The only additional considerations I have are that I'd like it if the design were interesting and non-specific enough that someone might wear the shirt again after the event.

I don't want the focus to be on the words, but would be good if we could work the following onto the shirt somewhere:  5th Annual Beach LAN 2013.

Not sure what an appropriate payment would be for this work. I'll offer 1.5BTC and see if there are any takers. Sorry it's not much, working on a tight budget.

probably such one could be fun to hand out to your event guests...

a mouse, some old floppy disks, some fork and knive, some tools...

ofcourse the name of your event + year as a stencil made on front and back, blended into the mess of tools.

maybe a stencil of a palm and a sun or something...

Thanks hamdi, I'll keep you in mind once I get the design nailed down, I may look to have someone on here make the shirts for me if I can't find an acceptable local option.

As far as quantity goes, we are probably looking at 10-14 shirts. Not a huge amount.

i envision a palm, a sun and your events name on it.

thing is, my shirts are not printed, they are bleached out.

so this design is better than a plastic print, it is just in the fabric and never goes away, even if you boil-wash the shirt.

for 15 shirts i would say 15 btc + shipping.

also you get the design on front+back and full sized on the whole shirt. not just a crappy small plastic print.

It's a very fast sketch, but what do you think about somethink like this?
I can do an illustration and prepare it for T-Shirt print in one or two inks for only 3BTC (using different layers of colour, for example).

I'll probably keep this thread open until Thursday, and then send the BTC to the one I like best. If nobody else submits anything I'll be happy to have something like this.
