He is NOT responding to my PM

Sorry, but why no signed message and no collateral? Have you deal in past with this user?

Then, write "overdue" or  "late"  in specific tread on your post (it seems active - green yet)

He somehow convinced me that he was reliable so i lent it to him. Anyway this was my mistake, which i will not be doing again.

I even told Atomicat that if he has any issue repaying he must pm me before the expiry time, he contacted my 1 day after expiry!

Anyway i have given out quite a few loans on my lending thread with no issues, this seems to be one of my first ones so far.

From now on i will require collateral at all time unless an exceptional case can be made, e.g. a legendary user requesting a no collateral loan.

Did you tried to contact him about this, he was last active today. send him a message about this and if within 24hours he didn't respond start a scam accusation about this.

He is not responding for some time

wait for his response for 24 hours, if he don't respond make a thread in scam accusation and DT members will give him negative feedback so he can't scam any other user

There is no need to wait the 24 hours - person can scam again in that time.  I can always remove the negative trust should the user repay.

Well, he's very close to being a hero member so I don't think he's going to abandon his account because of this.  So that means that even though you denied the extension, he probably couldn't pay it before the deadline and that he probably still will. 

I just made my first loan the other day and it was also without collateral and to a senior member.  Fortunately he did right by me, but then that dude who's sticking up for Muhammed Zukir was asking for a loan with no collateral and I had to refuse him.  I just don't trust people around here.  We learn (hopefully) from our mistakes.

If this user didn't repaid his loan then all his other alts will exposed and given negative trust,Any excuse like I missed,forgot,busy etc won't considered and his other accounts will stay negative for defaulting/repaying loan late.OP can message me if this loan isn't repaid within today

You'll have to keep a little more forbearance. I doubt he'll risk his sr. member account for 0.03btc bounty. Hereafter, always accept collateral before lending to a raffish member.

Atomicat should avoid requesting any loan before previous one is fully repaid,anyone giving loan to a user who already have a loan is like throwing your money to dustbin.To avoid risk of loan default always verify borrower before giving them any loan don't be in rush to give loan.

This loan has been partially paid. I don't see any problem in requesting another loan as long as I have a valid collateral. The lender does not carry any risk.

you are giving collateral to one lender not both
taking another loan is shady even if first one is partially paid.

or you can ask irfan to directly send 0.01 from your collateral loan amount to previous lender to completely repay his loan and send rest to you.

I don't see why I should give collateral to both lenders if I am to request another loan form another lender.

You should be sending your collateral for your original loan - not taking out another one!

I was taking out another loan to repay the previous one because I did not receive an extension. It's my mistake for not contacting before the deadline.

Getting the loan repaid is more important to the lender than having possession of a collateral.

it kinda looks to me that you have intentions to repay at some point in the future, but consolidating a loan with another loan is just straight up dishonest and sketchy as fuck. its also just not a very smart thing to do in real life. also, why are you trying to make purchases on the forum when you have outstanding loans that you claim to have to 'liquidate assets' to repay? pretty suspicious if you ask me.

I posted a WTB in the digital goods section so I receive some offers until I get my signature campaign payment which should be coming in a few hours. Nothing suspicious in that.

I have partially repaid my first loan. Will pay the remaining balance tomorrow as agreed with lender. Will pay sooner if I receive my signature payment.
After that I will contact Vod and KWH and a few others to get the negative trust removed.

Guilelessly, you'll not receive payment from signature campaign since you've got negatives from DT ones.
Ironically, You're automatically removed from "bitmixer" because they use "bots" to check user stats.

That could be the reason my signature campaign payment has not arrived yet.
I will repay this loan tomorrow or as soon as I get some funds and try to get the negative feedback's removed.

If you had given your account as collateral... this would be like an insurance policy for lenders like me. This is why we ask for collateral in the first place if the borrower is unreliable or completely stops contact like you!

Finally asking for loan number 2 to pay off loan number 1 is highly questionable.... this is how a ponzi pyramid scheme normally works... lol.


Anyway you still can give another account to me as collateral to pay of the 0.001... or just pay it off normally like you said.


Anyway i have now learnt my lesson and will require collateral from all future borrowers... unless it is exceptional... e.g. a legendary member asking for a no collateral loan for a small amount of bitcoins.
