i consider bitcoin more valuable than other currencies so i would stick to 8eur per card.
i do not need escrow for those tiny amounts just want to receive offer from old member and i am ok to go first.

I have not said that you are dumb, but do not expect that I will go to any store and buy 2 paysafecards for you and sell them for 2 euro beneath their worth, then u go to a store by yourself and buy them. U won't get a card for 8 EUR.

trust me  i will.
a lot of people advertise online paying with paysafecard pins or buy things with it, then merchants selling them cheaper for pure cash(bitcoin).
so give me a time and you will see ill buy for 8eur each.
