EUROPE: 3-10 days (normally max 5 days)
USA: 5-21 days (normally max 10 days)

I provide following methods of shipping:
- registered priority letter with tracking (it's fast and secure but requires signature upon delivery)
- unregistered basic letter without tracking (no signature required but it's slow and may be risky)
- global express (requires signature, it's the fastest method but also the most expensive)

You are here for more then 1 month and no vouch for you mean no one interested for these high priced cards you need to bring down like few Debit Cards companies doing then hope you have some better response here from forum members

Unfortunately I can't make the price below of my debit cards. No one sells debit card below my price. I have buyers. But most users register new accounts and do not leave any reviews  :-\

Don't buy the cards from this guy !!!!! I've ordered 3 ING Slaski debit cards and he explained that these cards has to be activated in bank only so he will send em not in the original letter but in another because he has to open original letters and activate the cards.I trusted in him.I received the cards and I have sent bitcoins to him like we were agreed.Later I loaded to one of these bank cards 1000 euro and he stole those money !!!! Only later I've checked ING Slaski official website and I saw that cards can be activated via phone call and it's not necesary to go the bank ! That's why he is offering to send the cards first and only later to receive bitcoins.Because most important thing for him is to steal the money not to sell the cards !!!!

If you have all solid proof against this user then post in scam accusation with all these things this could be very helpful for many others and he could be in negative feedback

I don't really understand my situation so i will tell my story:
I order Millenium Bank Card - 250$.
He send me the card and ask extra for delivery (It was 60$ just delivery so this is ok)

I deposit in bank account 3,500USD.

The card use 3DS verifacation so it is sending SMS to mobile when you do online deals.
So i change bank mobile number info so i will get SMS.
After doing that problems start happening (because my mobile was a Virtual number that can't get SMS), so i contact seller.
He ask for my account password (i change it after first login) and i give it to him. This was last time i so my bank account.

Right know my card isn't valid, my account is block and i don't really know where is my money.

Seller told me that because my account is block, he (or someone else) need to go bank to un-block my account. I told me he will go in 2 weeks.

I pay 160$ more for other bank card (Alior Bank debit cards) that he told me he will send me. For a good price because of problems with first card.

Now, more than 1 month pass, i have pay 310$ for first card, 3,500$ account deposit, and 160$ for second card and seller last contact in skype was 2 weeks ago after he told me he will send second card in 2 days.....

He is very nice, talking very well.

I really have faith in this guy, so am i crazy or he scam me?

@Mose, you ONLY have ONE activity on this forum. where and how did you meet the seller and ordered the card?

Or is this some sort of game by same seller?

How could just load a $3,000 plus on a new prepaid card which you are just testing?.

Check for the paper's that came with the prepaid card inside the evelope and call the customer support team of the bank perhap's they can be of help in recovering your money.

BTW why would you even consider a polish card if you can buy a real CC from BIt-X for a few dollars?

I want to explain to you that this is not my fault. The fact that all accounts I make out on the power of attorney from other people. One of these people (He is in Ukraine) has blocked account. I don't know how he knew about this account. In 3-4 days I'll fly to Warsaw and unblock your account by power of attorney and give you your money!!! This is only one person - Yuri! Be patient. You get your money and compensation. Bring my sincere apologies :(

and this is insaane that someone open account or saving account maybe
and start selling it

The bank did'nt block account.I told you that he will steal your money.He stole the money and blocked account by himself.You will never get your money back.

This is not my fault, account was blocked by Yuri, not me. I need a few days to get to Warsaw and unlock account!

The fact is that I have bought power of attorney from other people for opening a bank account, and then sell them. But one of these people has blocked account, before such situation had not happened with me. So I need a few days to come to Warsaw and unlock the account.

Too bad if, the seller decide to play game because i sent my details via PM in order to give this trial.

There are lot of such request from member's of this forum to put him/her in business if, he/she can handle this in a business banner.

Well, let see if, he/she will unblock the account of the other user's & recover loaded money.

*The strange thing is that nobody among those who have recieve the prepaid or debit card can come out boldly to post review that they are satisfy with the card.

I am very surprised about this situation. The fact that I also sell bank accounts and linked cards. I give every customer an electronic copy of the contract, they can call the bank at any time.
In contract registered secret word and information for identity verification to phone customer support.
With phone support you can easy block/unblock your cards, accounts, internet bank access, change PIN code and limits. So if your seller has provided you this information, then you completely controlled account. Also with the help of phone customer service you can make transfers to other accounts and cards, regardless of the country!!! So it is very strange that the seller will not provide this information.

No Vouch from Snr Member's means putting risk to user's hard-earned money.

These cards never been good if you want to try then just go to Bit-X and E-Coin they are much better then these shit type Polish cards

@bitcoinmar, you are right.

I think most of these bank in poland are taking advantage of the fact that most bitcoins trader's are desperate in need of prepaid card/debit with Iban.  So, what do they do? they let you to open such account online for free, allow incoming and outgoing transaction's for a while before they strike you by suspending the account or placing available fund on hold for whatever reason.

The good news is that i've figured out a new strategy of creating bank account anonymously. The system will work with most bank in europe.

I'm still in the experimentation stage.

You are also aware that those who bought the polish card are facing problem now.
Their money get stunk and the guy who help them to get this prepaid card from ploand has not be very helpful toward's this issue. It been more than 5 days now that the people who purchased and loaded fund into card are complaining.

Are this account stolen, compromised or something? How come that you sell so many accounts?

Are there any news regarding the new strategy quoted above?

tons of people used to use them before, but it didn't take long until they got blocked. it was impossible for people to withdraw their money...

if any of these cards comes from Mbank, Poland, then just throw it in the trash

If you pay close attention to the date when the op has created this thread then you guys would get to know that the thread is quite old and the op might not be there to answer your queries . The op has created this thread in January this year and its going to be end of the year so better not to dog old threads as there may be less replies from op and more queries from folks . You might look for the contact info of the op instead by selecting "all" at top of the page so that if there is any info posted by the op in this thread , you would get to know .

I don't know much, but i know that she was not responsible for this cards. Someone else have idea to sell them here. But as i understand this person didn't speak english and ask her for help (probably boyfriend or husband)

Anyway my question was to user that had to wait 3 months for money back. Yep, it should happen in july/august, but to be honest i forgot to watch this thread..
