That limit will very quickly be pushed back if you use their service consistently. When I first got into Bitcoin I used them extensively because they really are the safest out there if you wanna use PayPal (verified). The thing you have to keep in mind is that they do have some pretty outrageous fees. I'm now using Circle which is absolutely amazing but you'll need a debit/credit card. I dont there s acceptable option to buy BTC via Paypal.
