Title: Error 66 - Electrum doesn't send Post by: pfanner on January 12, 2016, 08:36:02 PM So far i tried changing the fee, checked/unchecked dynamic fees & change adresses and i tried mBtc/btc. I tried sending as much as 0.8something with no success. Any clues?

Do you want to send 0.8 btc or mbtc? How many input addresses does your transaction have? Title: Re: Error 66 - Electrum doesn't send Post by: GumtreeMan on January 14, 2016, 11:00:29 AM Hi
Sorry to join in on this thread but I am having a similar issue. I am using Electrum 2.5.4 and until last week it was sending transactions without any issues. The past few days however I keep getting an error screen also with the following message in part: error: The transaction was rejected by the network rules.(66: insufficient priority) I first took this to mean that the value of what I was trying to send was too low, but now I am still getting the same error with much larger amounts (BTC not mbtc). ??? ??? ??? ??? I used to have Dynamic fees selected which was only running at about 0.00015BTC/kb, but even turning that off and going to 0.0005BTC/kb as I have seen recommended in other places does not allow the transaction to go ahead Thanks in advance to those that might be able to help out. I run electrumserv.noip.me and i know all priority's are default so it might be a good one to try? good luck!
Server admins can manually set min fees ext :) Title: Re: Error 66 - Electrum doesn't send Post by: GumtreeMan on January 14, 2016, 08:37:18 PM Try manually selecting a different server. Thanks Dan91, Manually setting the server seems to have done the trick for me, transactions are now flowing again Cheers |
