Title: How to use eBay gift cards?
Post by: kashish948 on January 12, 2016, 08:49:16 PM
Hi

Sorry this might not be the right section.

Wanted to buy some eBay cards from lbc but there seems to be some special way to use them.

I messaged 3 sellers and asked them if it's safe to use and will they expire or not and all 3 cancelled my transaction.

One seller said he sells only to people who know how to use eBay.

Can someone explain to me how to use eBay cards?

I understand. But is there any special condition for using it? Like verified PayPal or something? Because this is the first time sellers are specifically saying buy only if you know how to use and cancelling trades.

I think your PayPal account must be registered in the US. That's it.

You need to link a credit card BEFORE you can use gift certificates.

Buy a Vanilla Visa from LBC.
Add it to prepaid in your PayPal account.
On checkout if the balance is greater then whats on the prepaid card it will fail but the gift certificate box will be unlocked to you can add them.

Have fun and make to to use caution on the users you care buying from on LBC.
