Sorry this might not be the right section. Wanted to buy some eBay cards from lbc but there seems to be some special way to use them. I messaged 3 sellers and asked them if it's safe to use and will they expire or not and all 3 cancelled my transaction. One seller said he sells only to people who know how to use eBay. Buy a Vanilla Visa from LBC. Add it to prepaid in your PayPal account. On checkout if the balance is greater then whats on the prepaid card it will fail but the gift certificate box will be unlocked to you can add them.
