I expected price to recover to 450-460 but it hasn't. Anytime if the price plateaus, it drops big. We're about to drop down to 400, maybe even sub-400 soon.

The majority of these activities happening within the exchanges therefore the "transactions" aren't reach the blockchain. So I don't see any issue with the block size :).
