I think I used Virwox in the past the first time (or one of the first times) I bought some Bitcoin thanks to the SLL conversion, anyway you should try there, it's listed here and you can find a lot of info on Skrill related to Bitcoin in the wiki:

I've found a lot of ways, some of those we're too complicated and not practical at all,. I've also seen that one with the SLL but I've heard that through neteller is good? That's why I've asked here if someone has some suggestions.

You can go to Currency exchange and find a thread that accept Bitcoin to skrill. I think there's some people that accept btc to skrill. just remember to use escrow.

Virwox charges a really high fee for exchanging anything so I think that the best option is to find a reputable members here in the currency exchange sections

Use currency exchange here or try to trade with someone trusted here on forum.
Also don't forget to use escrow for safety.

Bitcoin to neteller and then skrill is cheaper and best, secure method.

I have done this several time without problem,
1% neteller deposit fee + 2% skrill deposit through neteller fee = only 3% fee

THis is the cheapest fee to sell bitcoin for skrill. ;)

Yes, but can be done with 2 accounts or more to cross their limit if you can risk some amount. I think if you have lots of activity or even have same name in two accounts they will flag you. To sell high amount at once, localbitcoin could be option, but skrill may detect if the fund you receive is from some fraud, than you will loss your account.  It has already happen to me in skrill when i get payment to sell bitcoin from localbitcoin.

I am using https://buybitcoins.io/ because they never ask for any documents and you don't need ANY verification, also you could buy up to 12 Bitcoins per trade.

Why can't you sell your bitcoins for cash, transfer it to your bank account and then move it to your Skrill account?

Skrill accepts almost all countries the last time I checked and its free to deposit into Skrill from your bank account provided your are using the same currency as your Skrill account

The interface of bitcoinmag is like exchangebitcoin.io and the website was disappear. There is not complete information, and there is not escrow. As we know skrill is reversible service so we must becareful.
