I found NOAX from this fourm (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=669255) and he is honest and fast currently he sell cracked accounts from DARK WEB but he also selling laptops and ebay and amazon seller account. And you'll have to post proof of a scam or else no one is going to believe you. If you were trying to buy the laptop from him on the dark web, it's not surprising if he did try to scam you.
