As far as I know skrill is a reversible payment processor. How can you guarantee that you will not charge back
And can you show me the proof that from where you received those skrill funds ?

Asking these all stuffs because I am interested in doing this exchange  ;)

the source of the funds not really matters is easy to chargeback same as paypal

Yeah it can be but at least I can know if he is really planning to scam or not before trade
And even if he tries to I will not let him to do that  ;)

You can use escrow and hold btc till you transfer skrill funds to your bank account ..I am selling skrill as I have no use with them as I mostly deal in btc

I don't think using escrow will be a good idea for an amount of $30
And I still wants to know from where those funds were obtained. Pm me those info
